Meet Dr. Edward Warr, DMD

Dear Patients of Dr. Lake,

I am so excited to join Lake Family Dental!

Native to Utah, my wife and I raised our three girls in Southern Oregon for the past 19 years. Our girls are now grown, we have a terrific son-in-law, and are expecting our first grandchild in December! We enjoy movies, music, reading, hiking – really just being together. When I’m not in the office or with family, I enjoy trail running, back country skiing, and mountaineering. In addition to summiting peaks in Oregon, Washington, and California, I’ve also been atop Aconcagua, the highest peak in the Western Hemisphere.

During our time in Southern Oregon, I served as president of the Southern Oregon Dental Society and volunteered at numerous community venues (Veteran’s Affairs, Tooth Taxi, St. Vincent’s, and Medford Children’s Clinic).

I graduated from the University of Louisville in 2002 and have dedicated my career to providing people with the best dentistry has to offer. It is so rewarding to relieve someone’s pain, help them feel confident smiling again, or enable them to enjoy eating again. I love the positive impact that dentistry brings to people’s lives.

Two of my favorite areas of dentistry are dental implants and smile design. In 2019 I earned Diplomate status in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists by completing hundreds of hours of continuing education specific to dental implants, submitting my work for peer review, and successfully passing written and oral examinations. Smile design helps me work with patients to achieve their best smile – whether it is with natural teeth or supported by dental implants.
